Do you offer pickup from Lahore?

How long does delivery from Lahore to the UK take?

How do I track my shipment?
Enter your tracking number on our Track page. You can find the number in the confirmation email we sent when your shipment was booked. Updates are added each time the parcel passes a checkpoint.
What does each tracking status mean?
Order placed — booking received and a label has been generated.
Picked up — the parcel is now in our network.
In transit — moving between our facilities or on a long-haul leg.
Out for delivery — with the local courier and arriving today.
Delivered — handed over and signed for.
Failed delivery / Returned — we could not deliver; check the notes for the reason.

How long does delivery take?
It depends on the service level you choose and the route. Overnight is next business day within a country, Express is typically 1–3 business days regionally and 3–6 days internationally, Standard is 3–7 business days, and Economy is 7–14 business days. How is the price calculated?
Pricing is based on the greater of actual or volumetric weight, the origin and destination, the service speed, and any duties or surcharges that apply on that route. Use the shipping calculator for an instant estimate before you book.
What can I ship and what is restricted?
We carry most general parcels, documents, and palletised freight. We cannot carry: cash, dangerous goods (lithium batteries above declared limits, flammables, explosives, corrosives), perishables without cold-chain booking, live animals, weapons, or items prohibited by destination country customs. If in doubt, contact us before booking.
How should I package my parcel?
Use a sturdy double-walled box, wrap fragile items in bubble wrap or foam with at least 5 cm of cushioning on every side, seal with strong packing tape in an H-pattern across all seams, and remove any old shipping labels. Print the new label clearly and tape it to the largest flat surface.
What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your tracking number and photographs of any damage. Standard liability covers the declared value of the goods up to our published limit; you can purchase additional cover at booking. We will open an investigation and respond within two business days.
Do you handle customs and duties?
Yes — we prepare the customs paperwork on your behalf for international shipments. Duties and import taxes are charged by the destination country and are normally payable by the recipient unless you select Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) at booking.
How do payment and invoicing work?
Individual senders pay at the time of booking by card or bank transfer. Business accounts can apply for monthly invoicing — contact our sales team to set up an account.
Why am I receiving these tracking emails?
Email updates go to the sender and recipient at each major status change so everyone stays informed. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any tracking email or visit our unsubscribe page.
How do I get a quote for a regular shipping account?
